It was so nice to be apart of Stephanie and Jon's wedding. We felt privileged to be a part of another Wheat family milestone. We began our day at Lake Forest Country Club and the ceremony took place at Gloria Dae Church. We made our way to their reception in downtown Cleveland where we were able to take some beautiful portraits with the unique Cleveland architecture.

Colleen and Scott wouldn't let the rain ruin their engagement shoot! Despite changing locations from the Pufferbelly in Kent, the couple were able to have very unique pictures taken at the Kent Free Library! We are looking forward to more moments like this at their wedding next August.

Karen and Tom had one of the most beautiful intimate weddings. The ceremony was held at St. Euguene's in Munroe Falls, with the reception at the Aker Memorial Hall in Stow. Their children stood as their attendants for the wonderful occasion. Karen and Tom had the most delicious food. Baumanns Florist once again impressed everyone with arrangements of fresh fragrant flowers. They danced the night away with the sounds of Beach Boyz DJ service. It was an excellent evening.

Canton, Ohio was the setting for Janelle and Tom's beautiful July wedding. We started the wonderful day with Janelle and the girls as the finalized hair and make up at Tom's parent's home. We soon traveled to St. Peter's in downtown Canton. What a magnificent church! It was so beautiful. The flowers Janelle picked for herself and the girls where just perfect. We then headed to Monument Park and captured gorgeous images in the park and some sassy images of Janelle and Tom near the monument. Janelle and Tom celebrated with their family and friends at the McKinley Grand Hotel. I absolutely loved their "cupcake" cake. It was so cool! Wow, what a wonderful day! Aaron and I headed to Dallas, Texas to capture the beautiful wedding of Jared and Amber. The day was perfect, even in the 105 degree heat. We photographed them in the Los Colinas Canal area between their ceremony and reception. The details were perfect and everything matched so perfectly. I was amazed that the reception accent lights perfectly coordinated with the bridesmaids dresses. They had a wonderful stations of delicious food for dinner. The most amazing part of the night was the AWESOME "violin guy". This man was talented! Not only did he dj, but he also played the violon and sang beautifully. We spent such a wonderful day with Jenna and Scott. The day began at Lighthouse Bible Church in Columbia Station. Jenna was surrounded by her closest family and friends, as they all prepared the final details. Jenna's dress was so beautiful and the lacing on the back was an amazing finishing touch. The day was off and on cloudy, but we did some amazing pictures of Scott and the Gents and Jenna and the Gals before the ceremony. The ceremony was very beautiful and spiritual. Members of their family helped in various parts of the ceremony. After the ceremony, we did a few portraits of Jenna and Scott in the church and headed outside. Right before, we went to snap the first picture outside, the rain came down in sheets. Luckily, the church had an overhang that worked great for raining day pictures. Thinking about our next stop and the rain, we all pulled out our cell phones to look at the radar. It looked great, no rain on Lake Erie. Off to the shores of Lake Erie for some beautiful portraits of Jenna and Scott. We then ended the night with a wonderful dinner, followed by some dancing at the Lorain Party Center. Thanks to Tim C. and all the guys are Artistic Video Creations and Beach Boyz for making it a fun day for all.

It is so much fun when you get to photograph a wedding. It is double the fun when you truly know the couple. Rachel is one of our wonderful associates who has been with us for almost two years. Soon after starting, she met her wonderful boyfriend, now husband, Aaron. They planned a beautiful wedding in Cuyahoga Falls, a center point between their hometowns of Kent and Medina. There beautiful ceremony took place at First Church in downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Rachel wore a beautifully beaded dress from Catans Bridal. Her bridesmaid accented her in a beautiful shade of green and all carried a beautiful mix of yellow and white roses from Baumann’s Florist. After the ceremony, Rachel and Aaron headed to downtown Akron. We captured some really awesome and artistic images, while clouds above looked as if rain was going to let loose. We did not have a lot of time, but we maximized our time and the results are amazing. We then traveled to Guys Party Center, where all had an amazing meal and delicious cake by the Cake Shoppe. Ryan, from Beach Boyz Dj Service, played awesome tunes all night and fun was had by all. The Viz Gang enjoyed being together.

We had been watching the weather all week, hoping that the rain would hold off for Jackie and George’s beautiful outdoor wedding. Fairlawn Country Club was the perfect backdrop for their fairytale wedding day. Pink Petals built a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony location that complemented the flowers so beautifully. Jackie looked beautiful in her simple, but elegant gown from All Brides Beautiful in Hudson. Mark, from Artistic Video Creations, documented the day with us. We spent a few moments before the ceremony capturing portraits of Jackie and George with their family and bridal party. Soon Jackie emerged from the doors on her Dad’s arm to meet George. Their closest friends and families surrounded them. After a beautiful and intimate ceremony, we spent time with Jackie and George on just a few holes of the golf course. Soon, Malcolm and Todd of Beach Boyz DJ Service introduced them into their beautiful reception. All in attendance had a lot of dancing and fun as the night continued. Oh, and about that rain, it held off until the very end of the reception. It started right as we tried to do their sunset portraits. Thank you for a wonderful day! We had a lot of fun!

Jessica and Shawn picked a beautiful Friday afternoon to wed. Greystone Hall was the beautiful venue for this perfect day. Joanna began by capturing the final moments of Jessica getting ready, while Aaron spend time with Shawn and gents capturing really awesome pictures in the bar area. Once Jessica was set, Shawn met Jessica in the parlor for their “First Look”. Those moments are always so emotional. After giving them a few moments, Joanna and Aaron switched roles and Joanna captured some more traditional images, while Aaron played photojournalist for a while. The couple and the bridal party then headed to Cascade Locks and captured both artistic and fun portraits of all. Upon our return to Greystone, the families met us for their photographs. After that, Jessica and Shawn exchanged vows in a very simple, yet very beautiful ceremony. The dinner was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the line dances of the night. Jessica and Shawn were game for some amazing night images. We spent just five minutes and the results were spectacular. We had a lot of fun! We can not wait for you to see the rest of your images.

Lisa and Glenn had a perfect spring wedding day. Avoiding the rain that had been plaguing Northeast Ohio, the day was beautiful and fun was had by all that attended. We started the day at Lisa’s parents where we captured portraits of Lisa and the ladies finishing up with the final details and spent a few moments outside capturing images of Lisa and the wonderful bridesmaids. We then headed to St. Anslem’s Church in Chesterland and had a lot of laughs documenting Glenn and the gents before the ceremony. After a beautiful mass, the bridal party gathering in a large party bus and headed to downtown Cleveland. We had spent time around the Browns Stadium and the backside of the Science Center. The pictures of Lisa and Glenn with the Mather in the background are so amazing. We had a good time documenting the day with Moonstruck Video Productions. We all headed to the Marriott in Beachwood for a wonderful cocktail hour and dinner. The room décor was so beautiful and the band was excellent. Lisa and Glenn finished the night with a sundae bar for all. The guests danced the night away. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!

Tom and Erin were such a great couple to photograph! It was so enjoyable to spend the day with them and see how happy both their families were to celebrate this wonderful day. We were able to start the day off at Erin's parent's house and captured beautiful images. We then also photographed the couple at St. Bernards in Akron. Matt and Lindsay incorporated a little bit of their college life into their wedding last weekend by holding the ceremony and reception at Walsh University. While the weekends have kept hot, this was no exception. We captured so many wonderful photos of Matt and Lindsay through the day!
